My writing draws on a range of inspiration, and at the heart of it: many of the people I’ve met on my adventures. Their kindness, their warmth, and their approach in moments of adversity inspire me.
I’ve always been captivated by the natural beauty of our planet; it’s this curiosity that led me to study Geophysics. I find joy in seeing the sun rise, the stars glimmer and the changing faces of the moon. I have a star named after me – but it's only visible from the southern hemisphere!
Growing up in London, I was surrounded by different cultures and influences. This inspired my international outlook: modelling in London and New York, filming in Ecuador, and studying in Switzerland. There’s such beauty in seeing someone else’s view of the world; it imprints on your heart.
All these influences are captured in my series of books, and I’m excited that each one will share some profits and highlight the work of a charity in the country that inspired it’s story.
